Live Event paintings cost more than in studio works due to the fact that they are painted live in a restricted time frame. 

Out of town events may incur additional cost for travel and overnight stay.

If available, Meg will respond with a quote. 

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date.  

Meg will collect information for the desired painting and the event information via email.  One month before your event, she will schedule a phone call to finalize everything. 

Meg arrives 2-3 hours before the event to set up and begin painting.  During a wedding, she will capture the moment you desire with a photograph. Then, during the reception, recreates that moment in paint.

Due to oil’s long curing time, all paintings are brought back to the studio.  Meg may do additional touchups if needed and apply a protective varnish.  

This can take up to two months, but it’s  worth the wait.

Paintings are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested.  Shipping costs are calculated into the price of the painting.
